よくある質問
購買・技術チームからの一般的な質問への回答。
How long has your company been in the PTFE industry?
Longxin Fluorine Plastics has been engaged in the R&D and manufacturing of PTFE products for over 25 years. In 2023, we established Zhejiang Deruisi New Materials Co., Ltd. as our modern production base, equipped with new facilities and expanded capacity. Our core technical team brings 25 years of hands-on experience, carrying forward the mature processes, product development capability and quality control standards of an established PTFE manufacturer.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer with our own production facility in Zhejiang, China. You are welcome to visit our factory in person or arrange a live video tour. We can also share production videos and workshop photos upon request.
Where is your factory located? Which port do you ship from?
Our facility is located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, approximately [1.5] hours' drive from both Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, which gives us convenient access to sea, air and express shipments.
Can you sign an NDA before we share our drawings?
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before receiving any confidential drawings or specifications. Your designs, molds and technical data are used solely for your project and never shared with third parties.
What PTFE products do you supply?
Our main product lines include: PTFE bottles & containers — one-piece molded, seamless construction PTFE pipe fittings — straight, elbow, tee and cross connectors in various sizes PTFE valves — plug valves, ball valves, check valves (manual) Custom PTFE components — machined or molded to your drawings or samples
What is the advantage of your one-piece molded PTFE bottles?
Unlike bottles assembled or heavily machined after molding, our one-piece molding process produces a seamless body with no bonding lines and minimal secondary machining marks. This means fewer dead corners where residue can accumulate, lower risk of contamination, better structural integrity, and easier cleaning — which is critical for sample storage, reagent dispensing and trace analysis.
What temperature range can your PTFE products withstand?
Standard PTFE products perform continuously from -200°C to +260°C (-328°F to +500°F). Actual limits depend on the specific product structure and working pressure — please share your operating conditions and we will confirm the suitable grade.
What chemicals are your PTFE products compatible with?
PTFE is resistant to virtually all industrial chemicals, including strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and oxidizers. Notable exceptions are molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine at high temperature and pressure, and certain fluorinated compounds at extreme conditions. Send us your media list and we will confirm compatibility for your application.
Do you use virgin PTFE or recycled material?
We use 100% virgin PTFE resin as standard. Recycled or reprocessed material is only used when explicitly requested and confirmed by the customer in writing. Material certificates can be provided with each shipment.
Can you produce custom parts based on our drawings or samples?
Yes, custom fabrication is one of our core strengths. Simply send us your 2D/3D drawings (STEP, DWG, PDF) or a physical sample. Our engineers will review manufacturability, recommend the most suitable process (molding / machining / welding), and provide a quotation with lead time.
What is your process for a custom order?
Our typical workflow is: Drawing / sample review and technical evaluation Quotation and process confirmation Prototype / sample production (if required) Customer approval of sample Mass production with in-process inspection Final inspection, packing and shipment
Do you charge for tooling or molds?
It depends on the part complexity. For simple machined parts, there is usually no tooling charge. For molded parts requiring a dedicated mold, a one-time tooling fee applies, and the mold becomes your exclusive property. We will always disclose tooling costs upfront before confirmation.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type: Standard products (bottles, fittings, valves): [MOQ: 10–50 pcs] Custom machined parts: negotiable, usually starting from [5–20 pcs] We also support small trial orders for new customers so you can verify quality before committing to volume.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Standard samples can be provided for evaluation. Sample cost and express freight are normally borne by the buyer, and the sample fee is fully deductible from your first bulk order. Sample lead time is typically [3–7] working days.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard products in stock: [3–7] working days Standard products, made to order: [10–20] working days Custom parts: [20–35] working days, depending on process and quantity We will confirm an exact schedule with every quotation, and keep you updated throughout production.
How do you control quality?
We apply full-process quality control: Incoming inspection of raw resin by batch In-process dimensional checks during molding and machining 100% visual inspection for surface defects and machining marks Functional testing for valves (leak / sealing test) where applicable Final inspection before packing, with inspection records retained for batch traceability
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. We guarantee our products are free from material and workmanship defects. If any defect caused by manufacturing is found within [12] months of receipt, we will repair or replace the items free of charge. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation or operation beyond specified limits is not covered.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Samples & small parcels: DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT, door-to-door, [3–7] days Bulk orders: sea freight (FCL / LCL) or air freight, from Ningbo or Shanghai Port Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DAP all available We work with experienced freight forwarders and can ship to your nominated forwarder if preferred.
Can you help with customs clearance documents?
Yes. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin (CO, and Form E / FTA certificates where applicable), and any other documents required by your customs. HS codes will be advised for reference; final classification is subject to your local customs authority.
How are the goods packed for export?
Standard export packing: individual PE bag + bubble wrap, then five-layer corrugated carton. For fragile or high-value items, we use export plywood cases with fumigation (IPPC) marking. Custom packing is available on request.
How do you handle complaints or quality issues?
Please report any issue within [7] days of receipt with photos or test evidence. We respond within [24] hours with a root-cause analysis and corrective plan. Confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved by replacement, credit or refund — we will not leave you with unusable goods.
