Our Story
Since our founding, Longxin Fluoroplastic has specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) products for over 25 years. Our main product lines include a full range of PTFE bottles and containers, tubing and pipe fittings, valve products, and custom-machined PTFE components.
Our flagship PTFE bottles are produced with a one-piece molding process that eliminates seams, bonding and secondary machining marks. This reduces contamination traps and extractables at the source, significantly improving bottle integrity, cleanliness and structural stability — ideal for sample storage, reagent dispensing and trace analysis where purity is critical. Our pipe fittings span straight, elbow, tee and cross configurations; our valves include plug, ball and check manual valves engineered for corrosive media.
In 2023 we established Zhejiang Deruisi New Materials Co., Ltd. and built a modern production campus. Equipped with new machinery and led by a core team with 25 years of industry experience, we combine the proven craftsmanship of an established PTFE factory with modern hardware — safeguarding process stability while expanding delivery capacity. From standard parts to non-standard custom parts, we deliver stable, reliable PTFE products and responsive technical support.
